Eligibility: Participation in the Sweepstakes is only available to individual legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of the entry (together with all other eligibility and participation criteria as specified herein, a “Participant”).

Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes entry period commences on September 24, 2012 (12:00:01 a.m. ET) and continues through and including October 25, 2012 (2:59:59 p.m. ET) (“Sweepstakes Term”).

Limit:  Each participant may receive a maximum of one (1) original entry and an unlimited number of Friend Entries during the Sweepstakes Term.

Prize(s):

One (1) Grand Prize:  One (1) Participant (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive a small animal house, worth up to $250.00. Winner will select the pet house of their choosing from PetSmart and Purina® Small Animal will purchase the house and send it to them at the address provided. If Purina® Small Animal reaches 1,000 Facebook fans by no later than 2:59:59 p.m. ET on Thursday, October 25, 2012, the grand prize will also include a $200.00 PetSmart® gift card. APR of grand prize is $450.00.

Four (4) Weekly Prizes: Four Participants (“Weekly Winner”) will receive a weekly prize.

Week One Winner will receive a year’s worth of treats (12 treats, up to a $60.00 value). APR of Week One Prize is $60.00.

Week Two Winner will receive a $25 PetSmart® gift card and free food/treats (up to a $50.00 value). APR of Week Two Prize is $75.00.

Week Three Winner will receive a year’s worth of free food (6 bags of 2-4 lb. food, up to a $110.00 value). APR of Week Three Prize is $110.00.

Week Four Winner will receive a $100.00 PetSmart® gift card. APR of Week Four Prize is $100.00.
