Promotion Period: VH1 Presents: “You in the U.K.” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) commences at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on September 24, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 PM (EDT) on October 14, 2012 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

The Grand Prize Winner will receive the following grand prize (the “Grand Prize”):
- Admission for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) eligible Guest to attend The Lumineers at the Dingwalls in London, England in November 2012 (the “Event”). Event date and venue subject to change. Approximate retail value ([“ARV”]: $200.00)
- Round-trip coach-class air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her Guest from a major airport of Sponsor’s choice near the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to a major airport of Sponsor’s choice near the Event venue. (ARV: $2,500.00)
- Hotel accommodations at the Aloft London Excel for four (4) days/three (3) nights. Room type selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion near the Event venue (room and tax only, one (1) double occupancy room). (ARV: $1,500.00)
- Roundtrip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest (to be taken together) between destination airport and hotel in London, England. (ARV: $150.00)
The total ARV of the Grand Prize: $4,350.00
