Promotion Period: This Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 9, 2012 and ends at 12:01 p.m. ET on November 15, 2012 (“Promotion Period”).

Prize(s):
One (1) Grand Prize: A trip to the Stowe Mountain Resort in Stowe, Vermont for the winner and one (1) guest. Trip consists of: (i) round-trip, coach-class airfare for winner and one (1) guest (from the major airport nearest winner’s and/or guest’s physical place of residence at time of entry as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion); (ii) two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations at the Stowe Mountain Resort in one (1) double occupancy room (does not include meals, room service, or other incidentals), round-trip ground transportation between the airport and hotel (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion), and the choice of two (2) Stowe Mountain Resort lift tickets or two (2) Stowe Mountain Resort golf vouchers. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize services identified above is $3,290. The Grand Prize winner will also receive a single cash payment of $1,694.85 (the “Cash Payment”) in the form of a corporate check, based on a 34% tax rate, which is intended to assist with any federal or state tax obligations related to the Grand Prize. The total ARV of the Grand Prize is Four Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-four Dollars and Eighty-five Cents ($4,984.85).
